During trips, our team and guides may photograph and film the journey — landscapes, group activities, and individual moments — for trip documentation, safety records, and promotion of our services.

02How We Use Your Media

• On our website, social media channels, brochures, presentations, and advertisements;
• In trip recaps, blogs, and news / recommendation updates sent by us;
• For internal training, safety review, and record-keeping.

We do not sell your images to third-party advertising networks.

03Your Consent & Right to Opt Out

• Default consent: By participating, you consent to photographs and videos being taken and used as described above.
• Opt out any time: If you do not want your image used publicly, inform us in writing before the trek begins, or contact us later to have specific images removed from our channels going forward.
• Minors: Media of participants under 18 is used only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

04Media You Share & Respect for Others

If you share your own trip photos with us for our channels, you grant us permission to use them with credit where practical. When photographing fellow travellers, local people, homes, or religious sites, please seek their permission first, in line with our Environmental & Leave No Trace Policy.
